Portrait Session

We’re back once again! And this time, it’s personal! 😂We’re shooting another Shebee family member: Ebony’s dirty thirty with her specific “sophista-ratchet” theme. We can’t wait to get it poppin’! Ebony wanted a mix of studio and on-location shots so we set-up our home studio, adjusted the lighting, and got started snapping!
Sis started off in a sleek black number that matched with her super cute prop balloons. We got a few opening shots with Ebony giving us a signature face along with her giant 30, then we mixed it up with some shots of her and the really cute color selection she’d chosen. These came out really cute as opening shots, and helped Ebony get used to the camera.
Next up, we got a surprise addition to our session, Ebony’s little cutie who’d joined his mom for the session, and wanted to get in on the action. This won’t be the last time we see this adorable face!
Ebony continued serving face while I adjusted balloons and directed some poses as Ausbee snapped away. Those cheekbones were sculpted and Ebony’s skin absolutely GLOWED in the light… You can definitely tell the good genes run in the family pool! 😉As usual, Ausbee and I worked in tandem, sometimes alternating the camera when I spied the perfect angle that I just had to capture. We finished up our balloon shots with a few more really nice shots of Ebony’s looks and enjoyed a fun chuckle at TJ inserting himself in the photos. We got even more of a laugh when the little guy felt he should have his own pictures, and Ausbee and I happily obliged. His bright smile and “big boy” clothes made the pictures just TOO CUTE and we snapped as long as Mr. TJ wanted to give us poses.
Next up, Ebony had brought a few more props, and we got some really great shots with ebony and her sparkled cupcake. The red strawberries looked great with her nails and lipstick and the sparklers added just that extra touch of gorgeous! Ebony gave us several cute looks and Ausbee snapped away.
A quick outfit change gave us Ebony in a sexy silver number, ready to turn it up! This time we got some really fun interactive shots with Ebony, handing her back her balloon props and just letting her have a blast. We had a laugh as Ebony danced to my “hot girl” music, and I grabbed the last few shots in our studio setup. Off to location we go!
With Tallahassee’s beautiful skyline in the background, Ebony toasted to a new year made round the sun! Ausbee and I brought Ebony to the upscale Level 8 lounge for the final portion of her session. The sparkly silver dress looked really great with Level 8’s modern décor, and Ebony was having a great time smiling and enjoying her lemon drop.
We got some final shots of Ebony near the hotel’s lovely outside décor that matched her color scheme, then exchanged our final goodbyes (Until the next family function!). We can’t wait to show Ebony her great shots and little TJ’s adorable ones… ‘Til next time!
